Roasted salted pistachios with their green color and crunchy flavor are great to eat plain, but even better in ice cream.

Pistachio Nuts
- Coarsely chop the pistachios. Set aside.
Pistachio Flavor
- Measure the Pistachio Flavor ingredients
Ice Cream Base Mix
- Put base mix ingredients except whipping cream into blender. Add Pistachio Flavor ingredients. Blend on High for 1 minute.
- Add whipping cream. Blend on Medium setting for 30 seconds.
- Freeze in ice cream machine.
Combine
- After ice cream is frozen, fold in the chopped Pistachios.
