Ingredients

  • 1 batch of Coconut Ice Cream
  • 1 batch of Pineapple Ice Cream

Instructions

Make Ice Creams
  1. Make and freeze both ice creams per their respective recipes.
Put in Containers
  1. If you make both kinds of ice cream at the same time, after both are frozen, immediately fill one side of each container with Coconut Ice Cream, and the other side with Pineapple Ice Cream.
  2. If you have made the Pineapple Ice Cream and the Coconut Ice Cream at different times and they are frozen solid in separate containers, you can soften them slightly in the microwave, then divide them and put half of each side by side in a new container.

Notes

One batch of Pineapple Ice Cream makes 9 cups.
One batch of Coconut Ice Cream makes 6 cups.
If you want equal amounts of Pineapple Ice Cream and Coconut Ice Cream in each container you will have extra Pineapple Ice Cream left over.
Even with the yellow food color added to the Pineapple Ice Cream it will still look very similar to the Coconut Ice Cream. If you want you can add a drop or two of red to the Pineapple Ice Cream to give it more of an orange hue so it is a noticeably different color than the Coconut Ice Cream
